Construction Manager - Data Centre

This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.Ideally, the successful Construction Manager will have general contracting/main contracting experience with a proven track record in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects from cradle to grave.On offer is a Competitive Salary + Accommodation + Subsistence Allowance+ Flights + Healthcare + Bonus + PensionConstruction Manager Responsibilities:Management of all day-to-day site operationsManagement of subcontractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there are weekly minute meetings with subcontractors.Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to the time administrator for tracking centrally.Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover MeetingsEnsure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from the project supervisors\’ report.Review the weekly progress report before it is issued to all stakeholders.
