As Community Marketing Lead, you will foster strong relationships with Intigriti’s ethical hacking community and bridge the gap between the Community and Commercial side of the business, showcasing the skills, creativity and overall value of our hacker community.
You will oversee community management and content creation efforts, taking ownership of the Community strategy and KPIs, including initiatives such as defining and executing a hacker ambassador program, campaign management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
You will have a hacker mindset, technical knowledge, and act as the strategic bond between departments and industry peers, lobbying in the best interest of the hacker community and Intigriti.
Our preference is to hire someone commutable to our London office. However, we are open to remote hires within the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop a comprehensive plan, combining market research, segmentation, positioning, and tactics to reach target audiences, drive brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
- Plan and oversee Community events (virtual and in person) such as Challenges, Open Ports, CTFs, and conferences such as BSides and DefCon.
- Develop and implement strategy, outlining the channels, tactics, and metrics to be used to achieve community objectives.
- Nurture and engage our community of researchers, fostering positive interactions, facilitating discussions, and building relationships to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive hacker space focused on researcher growth and effectiveness.
- Gather hacker & market data (annual hacker survey, regular communication with our hackers).
- Monitor platform-wide Community metrics.
- Inspire individuals to learn how to hack.
- Manage Technical Content creation.
- Identify and grow talent within the community.
- Create & maintain brand ambassadors.
- Create safe spaces for hackers to meet, network and bond.
- Shape and maintain the culture of the community.
- Grow the community to meet business demands, identifying any skill gaps and working to bring hackers into the community who can support.
- Implement/improve processes and systems to support effective and efficient reporting on hacker KPIs.
- Oversee Community Manager to engage with the hacker community through social media, forums, and other online platforms.
- Facilitate collaboration and unity within the community as a representative of our company.
- Act as the voice, tone, and moderator of Intigriti, on/offline.
- Develop new ideas for the hacker community.
- Conduct research on the hacker community, bug bounty programs, and other relevant topics to stay up to date with the latest trends and practices.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collect feedback and set up and maintain hacker feedback loops.
