As well as designing and developing our own products and systems, we also provide mentoring to university graduates, and act as an incubator facility to assist start-ups in establishing and growing their business\’s.We are looking to strengthen our core team with experienced, ambitious, individuals who are keen to work in an Innovative Company.We currently have an opening for a talented, experienced, Senior CNCMachinist/Development Engineer to oversee our CNC Machines.As the machine operator the successful candidate will be a highly skilled professional, with excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. The right candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of the latest equipment and techniques emerging in the industry.This position would suit a young ambitious, enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to success and a capacity to embrace change and diverse technologies. Responsibilities: Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs. Manage the day to day running of the machine shop and working to agreed schedules to meet demand. Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company. Examines machinery production output to verify the product is acceptable to move onto the next part of the production process. Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results. Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality and ensure Ensure that results of machining process align with company expectations.
