Clinical Supervisor within Intellectual Disabilities (Nursing) - Bermuda

Remedy International Medical are working with an established hospital in Bermuda, which is a British Overseas Territory to recruit an experienced Clinical Supervisor within Intellectual Disabilities to join their established team. Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities of patient care administration, assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures and supporting all operational aspects of Intellectual Disabilities. Situated in the North Atlantic, with a sub-tropical climate, beautiful beaches and aquarium-like waters, and plenty of sandy coves, if you love the outdoors, this could be the island for you. Responsibilities: Offers clinical expertise and leadership as requested by Clinical Manager in carrying out the Strategic Direction and Service Development Assumes acting responsibilities for administrative coverage for Manager Assist with budget performance and labour costs for assigned area Ensures compliance with mandated regulatory/ competency training requirements for all employees within area of responsibility Assist with selecting, allocating and scheduling employees to ensure safe, quality, and efficient delivery of services within the Department Qualifications & Registration required: Bachelor Science Degree Nursing (BSN), Registered Mental Health (RMN) or Allied Health Discipline Three years management experience either in a supervisory or functional area Current licensure and registration as required by the Bermuda Nurses Council, Allied Health Council or any other applicable governing body The Offer Salary Grade: $96,517.00 (low tax rate) Subsidised housing for the first 3 months, with travel and relocation allowance, plus an attractive benefits package. 2 year contracts
