You\’ll be the first face our patients see – setting the tone for a welcoming, supportive experience. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our clinics running smoothly behind the scenes.What You\’ll Be DoingWelcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalismActing as a chaperone during consultations when neededBooking and rebooking appointments efficientlyEncouraging and collecting patient reviewsKeeping the clinic clean, tidy, and well-organisedCollaborating with nurses, surgeons, and HQ to ensure seamless careSupporting a consistently high level of patient satisfactionWho You AreReliable, punctual, and trustworthyHighly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesPersonable and service-focused with a calm, professional approachCommitted to creating excellent patient experiencesA team player who also works well independentlyPrevious experience in a medical or clinical setting is a bonus – but not essential.
