What will you do?
- Execute business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics.
- Responsible for managing forecast and pipeline and building opportunities on realistic assessments.
- Work and build new Channel Partners alongside Partner Acquisition Manager.
- Drive co-selling activities through joint account planning, territory mapping, teaming with ISW Partners.
- Regularly analyse Channel Partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximise sales results.
- Support internal teams aligned to and in support of the growth of Partnerships.
- Carry out joint strategies with the Partner to grow our joint business.
- Manage Partner Enablement for solutions, skills, marketing, and go-to-market programs.
- Regularly meet with Channel Partners in your region.
- Establish and promote regular communication cadence with Channel Partners.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant products that you will manage within the Channel.
- Maintain and update customer information, activities, opportunities, and tasks on our Salesforce CRM.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues in Purchasing, Finance, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support and Customer Service.

- Actively participate in regular business performance and relationship reviews with Management and Partners.

- Engaging Presence – Use your interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners, getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about how our solutions can help expand the Partner service revenue stream.

Qualifications
- Experience across multiple Partner routes to market including independent software vendors (ISV's), and resale.
- Demonstrate substantial knowledge in CRM management. Demonstrable experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience managing a Partner business including demonstrated ability to apply personal knowledge, processes, and solutions selling strategies and methodologies to meet revenue growth objectives.
- Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with Partner and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences.
- Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities.
- Proven at meeting objectives and results.
- Strong sales background.
- Ambitious with drive and determination to succeed but also to exceed target delivery with a competitive spirit.
- Danish language skills advantageous.
