Transition Partners are working with a fantastic client who are expanding their internal Change & Transformation function. They’re now on the lookout for a skilled Change Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Location: Remote / Nottingham – 2 days onsite per month required

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

Working Pattern: Flexible / Hybrid

Consultancy environment experience is a MUST

As a Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of internal transformation programmes. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure the smooth adoption of change across teams, focusing on communication, engagement, and long-term impact.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work with senior leaders, support strategic initiatives, and embed meaningful change in a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering change in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Previous consultancy experience – this is essential
  • Ability to build effective communication and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)
  • Confident facilitator and coach, with strong influencing skills
  • Skilled at working with multiple teams to embed new processes and ways of working
  • Outcome-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
