The provider are seeking a seasoned leader to step into a luxury service as a Home Manager, supporting the staff and residents with a visible and pro-active approach. The business hold an impressive infrastructure, with a supportive senior management team and career development opportunities.Within the service, there is room for growth and development under the right leadership, therefore it is imperative that the new Home Manager comes with a real drive and passion for elderly care.CandidateIdeally, my client are seeking an RMN but would consider applications from RGN’s with a background in complex mental health.Essential to this role is a background of managing elderly care homes, with evidence of CQC reports of GOOD, Outstanding or troubleshooting improvements. The candidate will also have experience with growing occupancy and be able to offer examples of marketing strategies, what has worked and how they would go about growing a reputation.As the leader, the Home Manager will act as a supportive and collaborative figurehead for the wider team. They will lead on all recruitment, staff development and retention with the support of their Deputy Manager. This communication and passion then extends to residents and their loved ones, with the manager a visible figure for any questions or concerns.Interview Process The interview process will be 2 stages.LocationThe role is commutable from: Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Castleford, Leeds, Wetherby, Harrogate, Otley, Keighley, Rochdale and Littleborough.SummaryMy client is seeking a nurse qualified Home Manager with a background of managing elderly nursing homes.
