Your Role: The Campus Director is responsible for leading the London campus, implementing strategic goals, and supporting the Glion Leadership Team in maintaining accreditation and legal compliance in the UK. The role involves upholding the institution's philosophy, mission, and strategy, and achieving annual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and Support: Serve as the main communication link to Glion’s Leadership Team, implementing policies and liaising between the teams.
- Program and Services: Ensure high-quality educational programs aligned with policies and enhancing student experience.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, report on progress through monthly reviews.
- Human Resource Management: Lead and manage campus personnel according to policies.
- Facilities Management: Liaise with landlords and external service providers for efficient campus operations.
- Legal: Operate within UK legal frameworks, including UKVI, Health and Safety, and employee welfare, coordinating with Swiss departments for consistency.
- External Relations: Represent GIHE UK to various stakeholders, foster partnerships, and promote the institution's programs and outcomes. Stay informed on international developments affecting the institution. Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Profile and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s, or PhD preferred.
- At least five years of executive experience in higher education or hospitality industry.
- Experience in international and educational management.
- Financial management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
