In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our payroll services division by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each business.As a Payroll Business Development Manager you will:Identify, target, and engage potential SME clients to promote our payroll servicesDelivery of strong inbound office leads for the sale of payroll services and softwareConduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique payroll challenges of each client, and present customised solutionsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the SME sectorProvide customer demonstrations on the new payroll software and ease of use with clientsAttend Face to Face meetings to build and nurture relationships with the payroll customersCollaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and campaignsStay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and recommend strategiesRegularly report on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior managementTo be considered for this role:Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on payroll services or HR servicesDemonstrated success in selling to SMEs, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clientsStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslySelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for helping businesses succeedProficiency in CRM software and other sales toolsHow you\’ll benefit:Salary is depending on experience45,000, comms match and OTE of 150K + company car or car allowanceUncapped monthly commissionDaily, weekly and monthly incentivesProfit Share Scheme25 days\’ holiday plus bank holidaysDay off on your birthdayPension Plan and Life insuranceAccess to Employee assistance programmeINDMANS #J-18808-Ljbffr
