I am currently partnering with a really interesting CMO client of mine, who have some exciting growth plans, and are consequently growing their business development team. This CMO has a strong reputation in the market and has sites in both the north and south of the UK. They have a very strong track record predominantly in commercial/clinical manufacturing and packaging of non-sterile liquids and tablets, but also have sterile manufacturing capabilities.

The manufacturing facility has additional capacity, and your role will be to win business with pharma clients globally. You will require strong experience of selling non-sterile liquid manufacturing services across the UK and Europe. It will be important to be able to demonstrate an in-depth comprehension of the pharma landscape and a strong network and understanding of who outsources their manufacturing work.

This is a global role, and comes with great visibility and career opportunity, and strong exposure to leadership. You will be supporting a site with an incredibly good culture, a tight-knit team who genuinely enjoy working together, and have a very happy workforce and high-performance working environment.

If you have a strong business development background in pharma manufacturing and would like to find out more about this role, please send an up-to-date CV to jesse.mallett@rbwconsulting.com.
