As our Business Continuity Partner, you’ll take ownership of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), covering two ISO 22301-certified sites, and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operational resilience.We’re looking for a proactive, forward-thinking professional who thrives on autonomy, brings fresh ideas to the table, and can drive both planning and cultural change. This is more than just a compliance role—it’s about elevating our resilience posture and embedding continuity thinking across the organisation.What will you be doing?You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of our Business Continuity Management Framework, ensuring it remains fully aligned with ISO 22301 standards. This includes maintaining our certification through annual audits and recertification cycles, as well as overseeing all supporting documentation and governance processes.Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll facilitate Business Impact Analyses and support the creation of practical, risk-informed Business Continuity Plans. You’ll design and deliver a range of continuity exercises—everything from table-top scenarios to integrated tests—and manage our BCMS platform to ensure plans remain current, effective, and user-friendly.In the event of disruption, you’ll play a lead role in coordinating our response, chairing continuity meetings, and capturing lessons learned.
