Hughes Driver Training has secured a major long-term Ministry of Defence driver training contract and we are expanding our instructor team at our *Blandford site*.
We are looking for experienced, professional *Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs)* to join our team.
We offer *Part time, Full time, Employed or Self employed*
This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established training organisation delivering high-quality driver training to military personnel.

*About you*
We are looking for ADIs who are:
- Fully qualified and registered as an ADI
- Professional and reliable
- Confident delivering structured driver training
- Excellent communicators
- Patient and supportive with learners
- Comfortable working within a structured training environment
- Able to work as part of a professional team
Previous experience working with military personnel would be advantageous but is *not essential*.
