Sky, a leader in Europe's entertainment and communications industry, has partnered with Publicis Media. With a £250 million annual account in the UK alone, we're seeking an AV Director to join our vibrant team and work on Sky's prestigious media planning and buying account across the UK, Ireland, and the DACH region.
The Opportunity: As AV Director, you'll be at the heart of our AV team, collaborating with Group Investment Directors and department heads. You'll engage with a brand renowned for innovation and help shape strategies that reach millions of households with cutting-edge content.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema.
- Develop AV strategies for new business initiatives.
- Negotiate with sales teams to maximize client value.
- Analyze audience behavior using top-tier technology.
- Drive innovative responses and maintain key relationships.
- Stay informed on AV market changes and share insights.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in AV strategy, with deep knowledge of TV, VOD, CTV & Cinema.
- Proven team management skills, handling teams of 3 or more.
- Strong client management and the confidence to challenge briefs.
- Experience in managing audits and financial processes.
- Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
