Archer Recruitment is working with a specialist residential construction consultancy in London to recruit an Associate Director to join its cost management team. This modern, independent business delivers Project and Cost Management services to an impressive client base in the Residential sector, including developers of Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, Hotels, and Later Living properties. They are also working on major regeneration schemes.
The company has a highly experienced team of experts in the sector, with hands-on leadership and structured development for its staff. They are a forward-thinking, dynamic business and have experts in modern methods of construction, modular building, etc. You will be given exposure to a range of different projects and clients, and both pre- and post-contract work.
The Associate Director will take a senior role within the QS team, overseeing key projects and leading a team of consultants. The business has a non-corporate feel, with a hybrid working policy, and is based in a modern, open-plan office in central London.
On offer is a competitive salary up to £95k, dependent on level of experience. On top of this, you will receive an excellent benefits package including bonus, private health insurance, and 27 days holiday.
Candidates should be MRICS qualified with experience at a similar level working for a construction cost consultancy. Ideally, candidates will have experience on major schemes within the Residential sector. Candidates who have worked client-side or for a contractor will also be considered.
