The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team leads in generating data to incorporate the patient voice into medication development and commercialization. Our focus includes qualitative, quantitative, and passive research methods to understand patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional experiences. We also manage a portfolio of over 100 COA instruments and offer related services for electronic survey platforms.

Role & Responsibilities
- Supporting sales through client engagement on COA licensing
- Developing go-to-market strategies and supporting materials
- Managing product finances, including revenue and profitability
- Leading COA programs across product lifecycle phases
- Protecting COA asset value and ensuring product quality
- Planning work streams and resource allocation
- Managing partner relationships and contractual terms
- Supporting business case development and due diligence
- Collaborating with other functions like Finance, Legal, HR, IT
- Developing processes, tools, and documentation
- Communicating with executive management
- Managing and developing staff
