A day in the Life:

  • Provides legal advice and support in the drafting, review and negotiation of agreements, working independently except for escalations where appropriate.
  • Manages and negotiates language for more complex agreements (e.g., MSAs, quality agreements, and other unique non-standard contracts).
  • Handles department matters and general legal concerns raised by internal customers and senior management, which may include initial dispute correspondence and other legal issues.
  • Leads the implementation of process improvement opportunities and oversees junior members of the department.

Education:

  • Relevant formal academic or vocational qualification in Law or related field.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
