We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Tech Team Member to help elevate our brand through engaging and effective store visits.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver product training sessions to retail staff across multiple store locations, aiming 5-6 stores per day.
- Conduct regular in-store coaching to improve brand and product knowledge.
- Support retail launches, promotional and B2B events, and call centre training.
- Passion for tech
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach and explain product specifications and features to retail staff.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the Midlands.
- Willingness to travel regularly up to 20,000 miles per year, sometimes with overnight stay.
- Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus + 55p per Mile Travel allowance + Per Diems for Stay Away + Phone Allowance
