About the Role:
- As part of the firm’s top-tier Antitrust team, you will advise on a diverse range of complex and high-profile matters, including:
- Merger control filings and clearances before the CMA, EC, and other global regulators.
- Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, including multi-jurisdictional enforcement actions.
- Competition litigation, including private damages claims and regulatory appeals.
- Advising on antitrust compliance and risk assessments for major corporate clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years PQE with experience in antitrust/competition law at a top-tier law firm or competition authority.
- Strong academic credentials from a leading university.
- Exceptional analytical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex competition matters.
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional merger filings and regulatory investigations is highly desirable.
