Reporting to the Total Commerce Partner, you should have an expert understanding of the ecommerce landscape, focusing on paid activities, with knowledge of organic activities and their benefits to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies to maximize success from Amazon and Retail Media activities.Manage a team of 12+ staff, including three Managers.Serve as the senior escalation point for key Retail Media clients.Create best practice processes to improve team efficiency and reduce errors.Collaborate with partners and internal teams to define and implement best practices.Regularly audit internal accounts, identifying areas for improvement for individuals, clients, and the department.Establish a clear team structure with defined reporting lines and responsibilities.Build a team to support product growth within the business.Lead training efforts on Amazon and Retail Media to upskill staff.Provide feedback on errors and implement solutions to minimize revenue loss.Qualifications + SkillsExperience working with platforms like Amazon Ads, Criteo, Citrus, etc.At least 5 years of experience in biddable channels.Previous experience managing skilled teams.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to assess current capabilities and create a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the channel.Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.Inclusion and DiversityWe promote a diverse and inclusive culture, encouraging applications from people of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities.
