Work with Payroll Tech Testing team to implement testing methods and processes of client-specific Payroll systems. Work closely with HR IT, Workday IT, Time tracking, and ADP teams to identify and develop automated integrated solutions capabilities in support of Payroll processes. Adhere to the SDLC methodologies for various kinds of upgrades and compliance changes in Payroll/time systems of clients. With your automation skills, provide technical guidance to developers in the form of secure coding standards and guidelines in Java and other automated applications used in MS. Support integrations between various HR/Payroll/Time applications across the globe for clients. Work with our internal partners to implement, manage, and optimise the testing process and act as a key player during meetings with external HR IT/Payroll IT vendors. Manage and advise the Payroll IT teams during the annual tech changes in ADP GV as well as Workday integrated solutions. Proactively collaborate with the Payroll systems, Payroll Operations, and Time tracking system teams for any of the testing processes and business rule changes.
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Hands-on experience in the testing process in ADP-Global View/SAP Payroll domains
- Good knowledge in Payroll Functional processes to provide test efficiency for system integrations across Cloud HR (Workday or SF)/Time tracking/ERP payroll systems
- Should be aware of time tracking systems (preferably eTime/Work Force manager or Kronos)
- Good understanding of Software Test Life Cycle, including Test Strategy
