Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver
- Minimum 6-12 months reach truck driving experience
- Proven experience in loading and unloading goods
- Proficiency in pallet handling and stacking
- Ability to work in busy warehouse environments
- Strong understanding of safe load handling and hazard identification
- Commitment to pedestrian safety and completing pre-use checks
- Ability to sit and operate machinery for extended periods and handle manual tasks when required
- Good level of English
Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver
- Additional forklift licenses
- Training in manual handling and working at height
- Background experience in the retail industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to support picking and other departments as needed
