The role will involve delivering a high-quality housing management service, ensuring residents feel safe, supported and able to live independently in their homes. You will act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, providing advice and practical support on day-to-day housing matters, monitoring the condition, safety and cleanliness of communal areas, and working with contractors and managing agents as required.

The postholder will also take a proactive approach to resident wellbeing, promoting a sense of community, addressing low-level issues before they escalate, and signposting to relevant services where appropriate.
