Overview
Santa\’s Animator required to assist in the delivery of our popular Santa event in the heart of South Wales. As Santa\’s helper you may be utilised in a variety of roles ranging from taking tours, assisting in the Toy shop or working in the Photo station. Outgoing and full of fun is essential.
Rhondda Heritage Park is looking for lively & fun individuals with an infectious Christmas spirit and a passion to go above and beyond to help our thousands of visitors to Santas Toy Mine have an experience to remember. Operating for over 20 years Santas Toy Mine is a Christmas event like no other located in a former coal mine in the heart of the Rhondda Valley.
As a Toy Miner you will be bringing the magic to life and creating magical moments that families will remember for years to come. Interacting with groups of visitors you will aid in the journey through the toy mine before they discover Santas grotto.
Responsibilities
- Work in a shift pattern at the attraction to bring the magic of Christmas to life
- Support other staff in their role where needed such as at the photo station and toy shop
- Keep the mine experience and your performance space in good order and ensure the tour groups run on time
- Be able to handle any customer issues
- Support management in the safe evacuation of the attraction if required
