We’re looking for a Payments Assistant to support payroll operations at County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham.

Responsibilities:

  • 37 hours per week, full-time, temporary (minimum 6 months).
  • Training period: working hours start 8:00‑9:00 am and finish 4:00‑5:00 pm; training starts 8:30‑9:00 am.
  • Location: County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham for 3‑6 months during training. After training: hybrid working, required office attendance once or twice a week or as required.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to use three different systems throughout the day and pick up new systems quickly.
  • High organization skills with the ability to plan/prioritize workloads.
  • Strong communication skills within a small team (six members).
