Reports to Team Manager of the Children's First Contact Team. Based in County Offices Flint, working within the Duty Inputting Team, but will liaise with staff at all levels and outside stakeholders.
Main purpose of the role is to input children's safeguarding referrals into the Corporate Information System. This role will require working closely with the Duty Inputting team to ensure the referrals are inputted accurately in a confidential and timely manner.
You will have excellent data inputting skills and be able to use Microsoft Office applications, such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. You must be GDPR compliant.
Responsibilities- Input children's safeguarding referrals into the Corporate Information System, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the Duty Inputting team to coordinate referrals and maintain data quality.
