Lead and manage the Settled Homes Team to deliver high-quality housing solutions for individuals and families. Oversee the allocation and management of settled accommodation, ensuring compliance with statutory duties and local policies. Drive performance and outcomes, using data and insights to improve service delivery. Build and maintain strong partnerships with housing providers, support agencies, and internal teams. Ensure safeguarding and risk management processes are embedded in all aspects of service delivery.
