Job Summary Handyman
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Woman/Maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a variety of facilities and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills to support the organisations infrastructure effectively.
Duties Handyman
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, and building facilities.
Repair or replace faulty components using welding, electrical, or mechanical skills.
Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot issues.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Lead small teams or supervise contractors during specific projects or repairs.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
