The M365 Tester will possess substantial expertise in the testing of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including but not limited to Dynamics, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and CoPilot. A thorough understanding of the technical dimensions of Microsoft 365 covering integration, customisation, and troubleshooting is required, complemented by strong communication and mentoring abilities and a commitment to keeping abreast of emerging trends and updates within the M365 ecosystem.

The Role:

  • As the M365 Tester, you will collaborate with developers and end users to develop and implement test scripts aligned with business needs.
  • You will conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate software functionality.
  • You will identify and report defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations with M365 and D365 applications and existing systems are fully tested.
  • You will utilise testing tools such as Azure DevOps to ensure collaborative working with the developers.
  • You will maintain current knowledge of the latest developments and best practices related to M365.

For the first couple of weeks, training will be face-to-face and then remote working, working within the office will be subject to business needs and the appropriate notice given.
