The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The right candidate should have previous dust cart driving experience, preferably with a local authority and/or a waste services company. They would work alongside a loader but if collecting food waste would be lone working.

HGV Drivers are required to help with loading and should have the ability to plot their route through the daily schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work flexibly (able to work beyond 2pm contracted time to ensure all collections are completed) within a small team ensuring rounds are completed in a timely manner.

Equally as important, is to have developed over time interpersonal skills to work well within a small, settled team of loaders and drivers. Manual handling training would be provided. HGV Driver assistance skills would be a plus though training could be provided.
