Overview Role & Location: Health and Safety Manager for Housing Responsive Repairs, mainly based at Frensham Street Depot, one day at London Bridge office and one home working.

Purpose: Provide professional H&S support, ensure legal compliance, and maintain an effective safety management system for Responsive Repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for the Health and Safety Manager – development, review, quality, suitability and compliance.
  • Deliver audits and inspections, investigations, performance reporting and promote continuous improvement.
  • Advise on CDM 2015 duties and support stakeholders across operational teams and contractors.

Mandatory Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation.
  • IOSH membership.
  • H&S qualification (degree/diploma).
  • Experience in DLO/construction environments.
  • Proven auditing, investigation, data analysis and training skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in public sector housing.
  • Contractor management.
  • CDM-related project work.
  • Additional H&S or auditing certifications.
