Reporting to the Head, you will provide a stakeholder-focused and efficient administrative service, prioritising your daily tasks in accordance with team requirements and service objectives. You will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative tasks to a high standard of quality within agreed timescales. These tasks include:
- Data entry
- Filing
- Arranging meetings and sending agendas
- Collating information
- Updating spreadsheets
- Formatting documents
Work may be carried out at a designated office, remotely or flexibly across WSCC office hubs, depending on service needs. You’ll be a great team player, able to build and maintain good working relationships and communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing. You will be organised, able to prioritise work and deliver on deadlines. Strong core administrative/office skills, focus on accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
