Job Responsibilities:
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external contacts related to departmental services, including handling visitors, telephone inquiries, email inquiries, and passing messages, ensuring customer queries are addressed in line with customer service standards.
- Data Management: Responsible for collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate data in electronic and manual systems, including data retrieval, extraction, and presentation for reports and other needs.
- Database Development: Develop accurate local databases, spreadsheets, and systems under the manager\’s guidance, and generate routine reports from these systems, meeting deadlines set by supervisors.
- Reception Duties: Provide reception coverage as needed, assist visitors and callers by signposting and offering support, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Networking and Support: Maintain strong relationships with departmental and wider contacts, offering advice and support related to the role\’s scope.
