Work in the office in Bromley three days per week and remotely from home two days per week, delivering a seamless local service that is customer‑focused, personalised, and of high quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer enquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, making effective use of the Council IS systems.
  • Listen actively to callers to assess and clarify their needs.
  • Provide customers with the most up‑to‑date information.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, e‑mails, and internet enquiries.
  • Process referrals received from police and via an online portal.
  • Upload documents onto case files.
  • Use the Councils in‑house Liquid Logic and EHM systems.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook and respond to e‑mails professionally.

Must have prior experience working as a Business Support Officer within a local authority; experience working in a mash team is a bonus.
