You will travel across West Sussex using a vehicle provided, and you must be able to communicate in English with members of the public.
- 3+ years of experience as a Property Maintenance Officer (required)
- Good customer service skills and practical building knowledge
- Physical ability to conduct on‑site maintenance and environmental exposure
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel to various locations across West Sussex
