- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all assets comply with LOLER, BS EN 81, and statutory electrical regulations. Act as the named 'responsible person' for mechanical and electrical safety.
- Contract Management: Manage and monitor external lift and electrical contractors. Ensure KPIs are met, conduct regular site audits, and review insurance and engineering inspection reports.
- Budget & Project Oversight: Forecast and control budgets for day-to-day repairs, routine servicing, and major capital modernization projects.
- Breakdown & Incident Response: Coordinate response teams for lift entrapments and electrical emergencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with residents, building occupants, and internal leadership regarding service standards and planned works.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
