We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Flat Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs on a variety of commercial and residential buildings. Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems using appropriate materials and techniques
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment to facilitate installation processes
- Use carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and other construction skills as required during roofing projects
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or defects in roofing structures

Experience:
