Case management experience, proven high level of accuracy in record keeping/data entry.
Demonstrate a competence in a technical drawing package (i.e. CAD or Visio).
Experience of liaising with colleagues from other departments and building strong professional relationships.
Must have a basic understanding of necessary and appropriate, reasonable and practicable, as well as the adaptation requirements.
Knowledge of construction, housing and related legislation, with specific understanding of CDM Regulations and asbestos awareness.
Must have a can-do attitude, self-motivated, team player.
Must be able to work under pressure with high/demanding caseload and able to prioritise own workload to meet critical timescales.
Must have a current/valid driving licence, access to a vehicle and must be available for site visits every day.
Ability to undertake site survey, assess feasibility and produce plans and specifications; at least 2 years experience of this (moderate complexity).
Must have experience of challenging what is considered reasonable and practicable (and a deep understanding of) with other professionals and clients.
Review prices and challenge errors. Ensure works are completed to a satisfactory standard/certification received.
Demonstrates an ability to identify defects and propose remedial works to resolve, based on HHSRS assessment.
Advanced technical/building construction knowledge.
Advanced knowledge and use of CDM Regulations in adaptation projects (or other projects) undertaking risk assessments, competent in asbestos awareness and the ability to review/critique health and safety documentation presented by a third party.
