The role will predominantly be within our Council Tax processing team. Candidates must have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Council Tax legislation and best practice. They should have worked in a council tax billing and collection environment. Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to respond to customer enquiries.
The position will be hybrid with a requirement to attend the office at least 2 days a week.
