We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Supervisor to support the delivery of planned maintenance projects across a diverse estate of public and commercial properties. This role involves working on site across North Yorkshire supervising multi-trade teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing project delivery to high standards, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction and highways maintenance activities
- Manage site documentation, resources, and contractor liaison
- Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Line manage operatives and support their development
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota
Essential Requirements:
- Experience across multiple trades in property maintenance
- SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work, CITB MAP H&S Test
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) required
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel in North Yorkshire
