Duties Carpenter Utilise welding techniques to assemble, repair, or modify metal structures and components.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out construction, maintenance, or repair tasks.
Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs on machinery or structural elements.
Engage in carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, or finishing woodwork.
Conduct roofing work including installation, repairs, and inspections to ensure weatherproofing and structural integrity.
Perform heavy lifting safely when handling materials or equipment necessary for projects.
Drive commercial vehicles as required for transporting materials or personnel between sites.
Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, or concrete pouring to support construction projects.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience Carpenter Proven experience in welding, with certification preferred but not essential.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance tasks.
Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to industrial or building environments.
Experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry, or related trades is highly desirable.
Ability to undertake heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.
Prior experience driving commercial vehicles is advantageous.
