We are looking for a temporary Administrator to join our HR and Learning and Organisational Development team for a short-term assignment. If you are organised, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks, this role could be a great fit for you. You will be helping with day-to-day administrative duties and supporting the team to keep things running smoothly.
Key Duties:- Organising diaries, booking rooms, updating and maintaining systems, invoicing, supporting events, managing a team inbox and calendar, updating intranet pages.
- Managing course administration and attendance invites and records for events and courses.
- Gathering feedback and course evaluations, basic data analysis/reporting.
- Responsible for team resources buying, storing and tidying and monitoring resources cupboards and being available for post room tasks.
- Researching content for monthly 'What's on' intranet pages and advertising courses and events across the organisation.
- Supporting with the scheduling, decorating and maintenance of the team's display areas.
- Supporting with work experience requests, induction administration and careers fairs.
- Supporting the team with and at council events.
