Project role for 1 case manager at ILDP working across transition and LD adults team to specifically undertake the backlog of reviews. Reviews will generally be in person. Candidate expected to be in the office at least twice a week as a minimum.
An exciting opportunity has come up within the Adolescent Support Intervention Project (ASIP) team. We are seeking to recruit an ASIP Intensive Support Case Manager into our small and dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a thorough understanding of contextual risk, is organised, and is committed to building and maintaining relationships with young people, parents and professionals. We are also seeking people with an ability to be creative and to think outside of the box.
Come and be a part of the Adolescent Support Intervention Project (ASIP), a small and dynamic, psychologically informed team that is set up to prevent young people from becoming looked after by the local authority in cases where there is contextual risk. ASIP provides an intensive, wrap around service that improves the outcomes for some of Islington's most vulnerable young people by creating and delivering bespoke interventions directly to young people who are on the edge of care, as well as to their ecology.
As an ASIP Case Manager, you'll be part of a supportive team and will get the opportunity to work creatively with young people, their families and with their networks.
