The Maintenance Officer must have a full driving licence and experience in painting, as well as the ability to dabble between trades. The successful Maintenance Officer must be punctual and able to work within the project and planned team.

Working hours are 8-4 and Friday 8-3:30. Most work will be in social housing, but we also attend to public building repairs.

The successful candidate will need to make their way to the Alps Depot, Wenvoe, as this is where we will be based.
