The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Take live phone calls, and manage incoming emails. To be the 1st point of contact for Credit Control and Adult Care Charging Teams, dealing with customer enquiries.

Manage Tier 1 questions, providing copy invoices, taking card payments, and dealing with care breaks and adjustments. Refer queries to originating departments as necessary and monitor receipt of responses. Liaise with originating department regarding appropriate further recovery action/write off. Refer complex debts to the Senior Credit Controller.

Make contact with debtors by telephone, letter, and email. Access debtors to establish their financial circumstances and ability to pay. Report any problems with the achievement of debt review targets to the Senior Credit Controller.

Review invoices and reminder letters for quality control. Provide advice on debt recovery process as and when required. Prepare debt cases for County Court action. Assist the Credit Control & Compliance Manager & CC Co-ordinator with providing solutions to problems.
