The Access Coordinator provides support and coordination of the process to arrange access to residents' homes to enable repairs, health and safety, and compliance work to be carried out.

The Access Coordinator will coordinate between the Assets Service, relevant contractors, Legal Services, and Housing Management to facilitate timely access to properties.

The Access Coordinator will compile all information needed to take a case to court where a resident refuses to provide access.

To represent the council in legal proceedings where all other access attempts have failed.
