We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our Betting Team at York Racecourse. You'll be right at the heart of the action, working across public, restaurant and hospitality areas of the racecourse. When you apply, please select York as your home course. Later on, you will be able to advise which other racecourses you are prepared to travel to for additional work outside of York. This will open up opportunity to support us at major fixtures and festivals at some of our 58 racecourses across the UK.

Who are we looking for?

  • Applicants 18+
  • Excellent Customer Service skills - experience preferred
  • Excellent Cash Handling skills - experience preferred
  • Honest and reliable team members
  • Commitment to understanding betting product knowledge
  • Drivers/keen travellers - preferred not necessary

Pay Rate

  • CSA - £12.90 + holiday pay 13.3% = £14.61 per hour
  • Courier - £14.05 + holiday pay 13.3% = £15.91 per hour
  • The same rate for all ages 18+
