Job Description:
Working as part of the Operational team, the duties would include assisting with the following:
- Effective Health and Safety Management on live projects.
- Deliver quality projects within set time parameters.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through effective handover and aftercare.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the company and site image.
- Management of staff ensuring they carry out their duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in the achievement of set project profit targets.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in managing multiple phased live environments, Care Home or similar projects including Extensions, Refurbishment of existing buildings, Fitouts.
- Temporary Works Co-ordinator.
- Commitment to Health & Safety.
- Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- People and management skills.
