Job Description:

Working as part of the Operational team, the duties would include assisting with the following:

  • Effective Health and Safety Management on live projects.
  • Deliver quality projects within set time parameters.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through effective handover and aftercare.
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the company and site image.
  • Management of staff ensuring they carry out their duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the achievement of set project profit targets.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in managing multiple phased live environments, Care Home or similar projects including Extensions, Refurbishment of existing buildings, Fitouts.
  • Temporary Works Co-ordinator.
  • Commitment to Health & Safety.
  • Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • People and management skills.
