We're seeking a dedicated Early Years SEND Teacher for a school in North Yorkshire.

The Role
You’ll work across specialist and alternative provisions, supporting pupils who need consistency, structure, and genuine understanding.
- Plan and deliver personalised learning tailored to individual needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour with empathy and skill
