The Opportunity

  • Run your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion with a high level of autonomy.
  • Handle a broad mix of matters including freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
  • Manage remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex residential property work as required.
  • Deliver excellent client care and build strong relationships throughout the transaction process.
  • Network with local estate agents and develop referral relationships to support team growth.
